Who we are

Veloura Gifting operates this store, offering curated corporate and personal gifting products across India, for both individual purchases and bulk corporate orders.

Orders and Payment

All prices listed on the site are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without prior notice.
Orders of 1-9 units per item can be purchased directly through the website checkout.
Orders of 10 or more units, or any item requiring customization (logo, name, or message engraving/printing), are handled through our bulk quote process. A dedicated gifting specialist will confirm pricing, lead time, and delivery details before production begins.
Payment is due in full at the time of checkout for standard orders, or as agreed in the quote confirmation for bulk and corporate orders.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for reasons such as product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.

GST and Business Orders

Customers requiring a GST invoice can provide their GSTIN and business name at checkout. GST is charged as applicable under Indian law.

Customization

Customized or personalized items are produced specifically for each order and are non-returnable and non-refundable except in cases of damage or manufacturing defect, as described in our Return Policy.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including our name, logo, product photography, and written content, is the property of Veloura Gifting and may not be reproduced or used without our written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Veloura Gifting is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the relevant order.
